/api/v1/public/verifynin

Looks up a National Identification Number with Prembly Identity Pass and returns the NIMC record, including the base64 enrolment photograph. Results are cached globally by NIN for a year, but the wallet is debited and an audit log written on every call including cache hits. Provider outages return 502 and are still charged.
