Verify A BVN

/api/v1/public/verifybvn

Looks up a Bank Verification Number with Prembly Identity Pass and returns the full enrolment record, including the base64 enrolment photograph. Results are cached globally by BVN for a year, but the wallet is debited and an audit log written on every call including cache hits. Provider outages return 502 and are still charged.
